Installing ESET Secure Authentication on your smartphone
1. You should receive an SMS on your phone.
2. Open the “To install ESET Secure Authentication, click” SMS message and then click the provided URL link in the message.
3. Click Download and Install.
4. Click Install > Accept to allow installation of the tool.
5. Click Open after installation and then Yes to activate ESET Secure Authentication.
6. We recommend setting a PIN to protect the ESA tool from unauthorized access. To set the PIN code, click Yes, enter the PIN code in the New PIN and Confirm PIN fields. To change your PIN, click Settings > Change PIN.
Once the application has been installed correctly and the application access code has been set, you can connect safely using the Barracuda VPN Client.
After entering your domain credentials, you will be asked to enter the code from the ESET Secure Authentication application. This prompt will only be displayed when we run the application on the phone and confirm the entered application PIN security number. In the displayed window, enter the generated code for the VPN connection.
Once your access details are verified, you will be welcomed to the Advisor network. Once we close the welcome message, the connection status will be displayed.
